TV-IP252P 网络摄像机，带云台，可以上下160度，左右350旋转（Pan/Tilt）设定镜头监控角度。它还有RJ45网线接口，可以直接通过网线 连接到网络中，并通过网线进行电力供给。自带防护罩，防止故意损坏或者破坏原有设定。同时具有BNC视频输出接口。这款摄像机提供了达到每秒钟30帧的高质量的视频效果，保证动作的连贯性。附带的用户软件，可以远程控制摄像机，在远端服务器上进行录像存储，还具有动态侦测录像，节省存储空间；可设定安全报警功能。软件支持在一个屏幕显示16台摄像机的画面。
